Why do Scottish Borders riders train at Straiton?
Straiton is on the south side of the Edinburgh bypass, so riders from the Borders never have to cross the city. The A703 from Peebles, the A7 from Galashiels and the A68 from Lauder, Melrose, Kelso and Jedburgh all lead straight to it.
Our booking line, 01721 728398, is a Peebles number. From the far side of the Borders it is a long day, so it is worth knowing that a CBT includes up to 12 hours of training: if you need a second session to finish the course, you do not pay again.
The Borders has some of the best motorcycling roads in Scotland. Direct Access gets you a full licence to ride them on a bike of any size.
