Where do Broxburn riders do their motorcycle training?
From Broxburn or Uphall the A89 takes you to Newbridge, and from there it is motorway and bypass all the way to the Straiton junction. Kirkliston, Winchburgh and Ratho are similar.
New riders start with the 1.5 hour Introduction to Motorcycling. It is a short first visit that lets you see the yard, meet an instructor and find out whether biking is for you before committing to a full CBT day.
How do I get to the training yard from Broxburn?
From Broxburn, take Newbridge and the M8 to Hermiston Gait, then the A720 bypass to Straiton. It is about 15 miles and takes about 25 minutes by car in normal traffic outside rush hour.
