Where do Dunfermline riders do their motorcycle training?
From Dunfermline, Rosyth, Inverkeithing or Dalgety Bay the route is motorway over the Queensferry Crossing and then the bypass to the Straiton junction.
If you are crossing the Forth for Direct Access, the course days are grouped so that most training falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, with the two tests on weekdays.
How do I get to the training yard from Dunfermline?
From Dunfermline, take the M90 over the Queensferry Crossing, then the A720 bypass to Straiton. It is about 26 miles and takes about 40 minutes by car in normal traffic outside rush hour. The yard is Yard 15 in the Clippens industrial estate, opposite Straiton retail park, and there is parking on site.
