Where do North Berwick riders do their motorcycle training?
From North Berwick, Gullane or Dirleton you head inland to join the A1, which is dual carriageway the rest of the way to the bypass.
North Berwick has a train line into Edinburgh, but Straiton has no station, so for a training day the practical options are driving in or being dropped off. There is parking at the yard.
How do I get to the training yard from North Berwick?
From North Berwick, take the B1347 and A199 to the A1, then the A720 bypass to Straiton. It is about 27 miles and takes about 40 minutes by car in normal traffic outside rush hour. The yard is Yard 15 in the Clippens industrial estate, opposite Straiton retail park, and there is parking on site.
